Sweet East is a Thailand-based film and screen content production company developing and producing premium streaming originals while collaborating on international co-productions with regional and international partners.
Founded by producers with extensive experience supporting global studio and streamer projects, we work at the intersection of local storytelling and international production—partnering with filmmakers, studios, and streaming platforms from development through delivery.
We also provide production services for select international partners filming in Thailand and Southeast Asia, offering regional expertise aligned with global production standards.
Piyaporn Indageha
Jeab Piyaporn Indageha is a Bangkok-based producer and co-founder of Sweet East. She works closely with global studios, streamers, and international production teams to deliver complex, cross-border film and television projects.
Her recent credits include producing Netflix’s Dalah: Death and the Flowers (2025), line producing the Thailand production unit of 20th Century Studios x Sam Raimi’s Send Help (2026), and leading production on Kei Ishikawa’s Previously Saved Version (2024) for Amazon Prime Japan.
Bharispol Dtangpaibool
Will Bharispol Dtangpaibool is a Bangkok-based producer and a core member of Sweet East, working across Thai local content and international film and television productions. He supports development, physical production, and delivery for projects filming in Thailand and across Southeast Asia.
His recent credits include co-producing Netflix’s Dalah: Death and the Flowers (2025) and serving as a production lead on Kei Ishikawa’s Previously Saved Version (2024) for Amazon Prime Japan. His work spans scripted features, premium docuseries, and branded content for partners from the U.S., Europe, and East Asia.
PRABDA YOON
Prabda Yoon is an award-winning author and artist. His 2002 short story collection, Kwam Na Ja Pen, won the prestigious SEA Write Award. The English translation of his book, The Sad Part Was (2016), received the English PEN Translate Award. He is the 2021 laureate of the Fukuoka Prize in Arts and Culture.
In film and television, Prabda has written critically acclaimed screenplays, most notably the multinational feature Last Life in the Universe (2004), directed by Pen-ek Ratanaruang and starring Golden Globe winner Tadanobu Asano. He has also worked as a director (Motel Mist, Someone from Nowhere) and produced two Netflix series: Bangkok Breaking (2021) and Dalah: Death and the Flowers (2025).
